The South Burnett Agricultural Company has 37,000 olive trees which are located at Moffatdale about 3 hours north of Brisbane.

The grove is comprised of a selection of olives - including Italian, Greek and Spanish varieties. These varieties range from the tiny koroneiki olive through to kalamata, manzanilla, frantoio, arbequina and nevadillo blanco.

This season has been very good with the grove producing large volumes of excellent quality fruit. Unlike wine olive oil does not get better with age, it is a rare treat to be able to experience such a fresh oil at its peak.

At Fino we take Olive Oil very seriously. We only sell independently verified extra virgin olive oil from the current season.
