Pasta Fina is a nationally acclaimed artisan pasta company established in 1986 and is located in Wollongong, NSW.

It is run with great passion by Flaminio Fina and his sister Filomena who originate from the small town of Montemiletto near Naples. Pasta Fina use semolina from Australian durum wheat and whole dry eggs in their superior pasta range.
