Pristine Oysters of Coffin Bay are Australia’s most awarded and respected oyster grower. In the last 10 years they have amassed an extraordinary show record and is a great credit to brothers Brendan, Nick and Tony Guidera.
Pristine Oysters are served in many of Australia’s great restaurants and are exported to fine dining establishments in Japan, the Middle East and Europe.
At the 2010 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show, Pristine Oysters won the following awards:
