Andrew Connole and his family created Sonoma Woodfired Baking Company from a handful of sourdough starter, an abandoned wood-fired oven, and a whole lot of energy. 

Sonoma has grown to include side line products such as the renowned wood roasted breakfast muesli.  The muesli is baked in the tradition of the artisan bakers of Northern California. 

The muesli is served in many highly regarded establishments, and is stocked on the shelves of the best deli's.  Sonoma has been acclaimed by top food writers in the Sydney Morning Herald and several food magazines including Vogue Entertaining and Travel.
